Safety regulations and welding technical instructions should be noted. Before using the machine, the operator must read the instructions carefully to ensure the safety of people and equipment when operating. 1. Hydraulic plastic pipe welding machine uses PE, PPR, HDPE pipe welding... for pipes with diameter from 63~1200mm. 2. The machine should not be used when it rains, the working area is wet, and there are flammable and explosive substances 3. The surface of the thermal disc should always be cleaned with a soft cloth, avoiding scratching the non-stick paint 4. Before welding, the area to be welded must be cleaned, to avoid dirt adhering to the surface, affecting the quality of the weld 5.Wear gloves during blade inspection or when moving the thermal disc 6.The heat plate and planer must be placed in the rack when not in use 7. The user of the machine must be professional or have been instructed to operate 8. Power supply: 220v or 380v depending on the specific type of machine 9. Check the maximum working pressure, oil capacity, hydraulic oil type to fill the pulse accordingly 10. When using, make sure the amount of oil must be enough for the machine to work (reach 2/3 of the tank) 11. The heat plate temperature is large, so when operating, pay attention not to touch the
Pipe Welding Process A. Armor preparation and installation - Inspection of raw materials, diameter and thickness of pipes - Clean the surface of the thermal disc and the surface of the pipe to be welded - Connecting the pipe attachment to the machine - Thermal Disc Connection - Prepare the correct pipe clamp for the pipe diameter B. Installation of Specifications and Planing of Tubes - Insert the hose into the hose clamp holder, the rear part of the hose must be kept straight and balanced, concentric to the clamping device. Tighten the bolt to hold the tube (rotate the green thread on the tube body to coincide). - Setting welding parameters (pressure, temperature, time...) - Tensile pressure measurement: open the pressure regulating valve in the lowest position, lock the pressure lock valve, push the lever, adjust the pressure boost and decrease valve, until the cylinder starts to move. - Close the pressure lock valve and adjust the pressure up and down valve until the welding pressure P1 is reached, at this time the pressure of the whole system is P =P1 +Po - Put the pressure lock valve to the open position, make sure the pressure is at the lowest value, then lock it back and put the pipe planer in to proceed with the pipe planer. - After the process of planing, we must check again whether the 2 surfaces of the pipe are equal or not. The largest deviation is not more than 10%, otherwise it must be adjusted by adjusting the tightening chambers, and proceed to re-planing. *Note: the intervals during pipe welding may not need to be installed on the machine, but rather replace the tape of other time measuring devices, such as wristwatches,... C. Heating Conduct When the heat plate reaches the set temperature, insert the heat plate between the 2 ends of the pipe to be welded. Heating is divided into 2 stages -Stage 1: Pressure Heating(T0) - Stage 2: pressure-free heating (T2 time) *Note: The heat release process is very important, it largely determines the quality of the weld + Stage 1: Push the lever for the 2 ends of the tube to be close to the heat plate, and keep the pressure the same. Observing the 2 edges of the tube, it is found that they are in even contact with the heat plate, the 2 edges of the tube are curled up about 1 to 3 mm. + Stage 2: When observing that the 2 edges of the pipe curl up about 1... 3mm to release the pressure = 0MPA.and start to count the time (press T2 for machines equipped with a timer). D. Proceed with the connection. When the heating time is over, quickly take the heat disc out of the tube, lock the pressure, push the lever so that the 2 edges of the tube are in contact. Start calculating the T5 cooling time. *note:-Pressure must be maintained throughout the cooling process - The weld must be allowed to cool naturally, absolutely do not use water or any other soothing solution
